We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellations

• Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
• After 24 Hours: Contact us at support@tiltbedsystems.com with your order information and we will do our best to cancel the order if it has not already been processed.
• After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return (see our Return Policy for details).

Custom Orders

• Orders involving custom actuator lengths, modifications, or non-standard components are non-cancelable once production begins.
